As a Copt, I’m in debt to President Sisi for ridding the Country of the Muslim Brotherhood. However, I’m deeply troubled by the events, developments and the excessive oppression of the Christians carried out so frequently and in a very obvious manner by his Government and his security forces.

I was hopeful to see a new era of justice and equality, but my hopes are fading.

Actually I felt and thought that the likes of Coptic Solidarity are not needed any more because Egypt is now ruled by a fair and enlightened President and Government and both have the respect of the concept of the citizenship regardless of faith and religion.

I must admit that I was mistaken and that I’m angry and disappointed.

COPTIC SOLIDARITY IS STILL VERY RELEVANT AND IS WORTHY OF YOUR SUPPORT.

I HOPE YOU CAN AND WILL ATTEND THE ANNUAL EVENT.
