The Foreign Minister’s decree was issued after reviewing the relevant laws and regulations, most notably the Foreign Minister’s decree concerning the organization of a competition to select the best candidates for attaché positions in the diplomatic and consular corps who possess the necessary qualities and attributes for appointment, including the competition’s terms, examinations, and required passing scores.
The text of the Foreign Minister’s decree, published in the Official Gazette, stipulates the appointment of a number of employees to the position of probationary attaché in the diplomatic and consular corps for a period of two years.
