Several reports and social media posts show that at least five Coptic women and young women have “disappeared” over the span of three weeks. In all these cases, their families have lodged police reports and issued pleas to the authorities to help find their missing loved ones.

She is 14 years old (a minor) – a middle school student

3- Demiana Mosaad Saad
Missing since March 1
She is 27 years old, wife
From the village of Deir Abu Hans – Mallawi Center – Minya
4- Suzan Zekri Shehata and her child, Fadi
Missing since February 17
The wife is 33 years old and the child is 3 years old
From Mallawi – Minya
5- Mariana Mohani Sobhi
Missing since February 20
She is a 27 year old wife and has children
