ISIS call its units of God to lift high their banner of Islam in Al-Hasaka governorate and to free it from the Syrian regime, the grandchildren of the Jews, the Zionist Kurdish PYD and the grandchildren of the Crusaders, the Christian infidels.
The sharia court (Islamic religious court) of ISIS issued a Fatwa, proclaiming Al-Qamishly city and its rural area as their (ISIS fighters) property.
ISIS advise its Jihadists (struggling fighters for Allah) to begin their attack at zero hour against the city of Al-Qamishli and it’s suburbs.
ISIS claim that after seeking Allah, He “advised” them to do following:
1- Burn and bring down all houses of entertainment in Al-Qamishly
2- Burn all stores selling alcohol and cigarettes
3- Take full control of the famed “Jewelry market” of Al-Qamishly, all silver and gold in the market is to be taken by the ISIS fighters because it is theirs proclaim God
4- Take full control of food and clothing storages to give it to your ISIS brother jihadists fighters
5- Empty the city from all Christians, take their women, they are yours and behead the Christian men; empty the city from all Kurds, who are the grandchildren of the people who are deceivers ; take out from the city the family of al Khaznawi, kill them all.
With this letter ISIS gives its fighting units a map of Al-Hasaka, Al-Qamishli and other suburbs, where the above 5 points are to be carried out according to the command of Allah.
